The end has come my dearly beloved...

Ok so...allow me to break it down. This is my last post on this site. I've decided it's time for a change. Now while this change might never change a life...or even change my day-to-day routine - I still think it's time. What would life be without changes anyways? I can recall what last year was like, possibly the peak of my highschool 'career'. Yet change came, time flows on and God is still in control.

I thank everyone who has come and read what I had to say. No matter how serious, funny, or lame I have been. I thank you all. Even you who never left enough comments. So with that...

When you jump, jump higher than before. When you run, run faster than you ever have.

Isn't it curious how we settle and never try to improve? We do something, we receive praise for how we do and continue to do that thing the same way instead of trying to better ourselves. We settle way too easily. We don't expect better of ourselves. We just do what needs to be done to pass and then we can walk out. Yet aren't we called to be like Christ? Christ is infinitely better at everything we can do. So when we try to be like Christ we shouldn't stop on try one or two or three or fifty-three. Because we can never be as perfect as Jesus, we have to continue to try and improve on who we are. God doesn't want us to be mediocre! Can we challenge each other to continue to strive do to better than how we did last time? I make that challenge to you. Challenge me to try harder, always to try harder. Even though we can't earn our way to Heaven by trying hard and being 'good' people, we sure should be trying to be better than we are! WE CANNOT SETTLE!!

 We are THE RESISTANCE!!

We MUST learn to stand together! The time is coming where Christians will be forced to worship the world or to be persecuted serverly. Don't be fooled! The world is looking to trick us and pull us in. WE CANNOT HAVE TWO MASTERS! Choose which side you will stand with and FIGHT FOR IT!

Thanks to all those who get on my case for not being all God has created me to be. Love ya'll.

Can a brother get an update?

So it's been a couple days...I guess that means it's time I bless ya'll with some thoughts from me =)

I borrowed a DVD of music videos from Pastor Phil-o. On the DVD was a video for a band called Leeland.

WOW.

I like them a whole lot!! Kinda milder stuff but wow, just powerful lyrics. I HIGHLY recommend ya'll listening to them.

Heh. I'm now listening to a song by a sweet band called Everyday Sunday, the song "Won't Give Up". Very sweet song. Really good.

So yeah. I like music. It makes me happy.

Guess I wanna give a shout out to Marshmellow - Good cookies today. And the Mt. Dew was a nice touch!

six weeks and three days till my birthday!  Sheesh...where has the time gone? Perhaps down in history...? hehehe...

Hmm, I guess I don't really have anything deep to say today. It's been awhile since I have had something really good to say. I don't really know why at times I feel so serious and wanna start preaching then at other times I can't think of a single serious thought...Bizarre.

I still have the paper clip on my hat from survivor weekend...*wink wink* haha.
